VICTORY, HEART, AND A QUIET MOMENT THAT SPEAKED LOUDER THAN POINTS
At Chase Center, the Golden State Warriors were electric. From the opening tip, their pace, precision, and relentless movement left fans in awe and opponents scrambling to keep up. Splash after splash from beyond the arc, clever passes threading through defenses, and a cohesion that defines a championship-caliber team made it clear: this was a night for the Warriors to dominate.
Yet in the midst of the celebration, a different story quietly unfolded. On the opposite side, an opposing guard sat slumped at the scorer’s table, head down, processing a night where Golden State’s relentless pace had left him overwhelmed. No noise could reach him. No cheer could lift him. It was one of those moments athletes know all too well — the sting of being outplayed, outpaced, and outsmarted.
And then came Stephen Curry.
The two-time MVP didn’t wave from afar or nod politely from a distance. Curry approached, a warm smile breaking through the tension, and offered a few soft, personal words. Not about the game. Not about stats. About respect. About understanding. About humanity. The kind of gesture that doesn’t make highlight reels, but leaves a mark far deeper than any scoreline.
The opposing guard later reflected:
"I NEVER THOUGHT AN OPPONENT — ESPECIALLY STEPH — WOULD TREAT ME LIKE THAT. HE'S SO MUCH MORE THAN THE SUPERSTAR PEOPLE SEE ON TV. HE'S AN INCREDIBLE HUMAN BEING. THAT MOMENT… IT MEANT MORE TO ME THAN HE’LL EVER KNOW."
In a league defined by competition, media narratives, and the endless chase for accolades, this moment reminded everyone why Golden State’s core is celebrated not just for their skills, but for their character. Curry, a player whose name is synonymous with long-range brilliance, also showed leadership and empathy — quietly teaching a lesson that transcends basketball.
For the Warriors, the win added another notch to their record. But for the league, the moment added a layer of respect. A reminder that greatness isn’t measured only in points, assists, or championships — it’s measured in the humanity you bring to the game.
And sometimes… the quietest gestures leave the loudest impact.
Joey Graziadei, Tayshia Adams, & More Bachelor Nation Stars Run the NYC Marathon — See Who Else Was There!

Go, Bachelor Nation, go!
Many Bachelor Nation stars have been training for months to run the New York City Marathon and raise money for causes that are important to them.
And this past Sunday was the big day for these Bachelor Nation fan favorites!
This year, former Bachelor Joey Graziadei ran in the marathon for the very first time alongside Bachelor Nation bestie Tanner Courtad.
Kelsey Anderson was on the sidelines with former Bachelorette Charity Lawson and Dotun Olubeko as they cheered on Joey and Tanner.

Kelsey posted a video of themselves following the race route to watch Joey and Tanner cross the finish line, and wrote, “Keeping this memory forever ❤️ you are so loved Joey and I’m SO proud of you ❤️ #nycmarathon.”
Joe Amabile also ran the race for his second year alongside Zac Clark, who just completed his 11th New York City marathon.
Cheering them on along the way was Serena Pitt and former Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe, who posted a picture of the two of them with mimosas and the caption, “Spectating a marathon is hard.”

Other fan favorite Tayshia Adams also ran the marathon for her third year in a row, sharing that she’s not stopping anytime soon.
Next to a video of her preparing for the big day, she wrote, “Looking back at all these moments makes me emotional! The training runs, the strength workouts, the cheers from the sidelines all remind me why I keep showing up. I’m strong, I’m resilient, and honestly… I’m apparently a little crazy because this is my 3rd marathon and I’m already planning for my next 😂🏃🏽♀️But running through this city with everyone cheering is a feeling I can’t even explain, it’s pure MAGIC!!! 💫.”

Matt James participated once again in the NYC marathon this year, as well as Tyler Cameron who ran with his girlfriend Tate Madden.
At one point Tyler even stopped to re-tie Tate’s shoes, and a spectator shared the sweet moment online.
We are so proud of all our Bachelor Nation stars for working so hard and accomplishing such an incredible feat. Congrats to all the runners!
