10 Abby Scenes The Last Of Us Season 3 Has To Get Right
The changes it made to Ellie’s story fundamentally weakened it on both a dramatic and thematic level. If
Abby's Flashback With Her Dad
Since The Last of Us season 2 already explained who Abby’s dad is, and the final moments of the last episode skipped ahead to Abby waking up at the stadium, it’s possible that season 3 won’t include Abby’s flashback with her dad. But it’s a crucial part of her story, showing just how much her dad meant to her before Joel killed him.
We see that Jerry is a good guy when he reunites an injured zebra with her baby. We see that he grappled with the morality of killing Ellie for a cure in his conversation with Marlene. And we see that Abby is absolutely distraught when she finds him lying in a pool of his own blood. The TV show has to get all these beats just right.

Walking Dead fans should brace themselves for big news this week

You know how some shows come and go, barely leaving a mark, and fading into the endless shuffle of content nobody remembers?

Besides just being an incredible show altogether, what keeps it so alive is its many spinoffs. By expanding the universe, exploring new characters, and revisiting fan favorites, the franchise has managed to keep the world of the apocalypse fresh, unpredictable, and endlessly compelling. Each spinoff adds new layers, new dangers, and new perspectives, giving fans more ways to immerse themselves in the harrowing, emotionally charged world.
Of course, not every spinoff hits the same highs as the original series, and some may not resonate with every viewer. But for the spinoffs that do, you want to keep up with everything related to them. We're talking about every piece of breaking news, every teaser, every casting announcement, and updates on filming schedules or locations. This week, fans of
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season 4 is expected to wrap filming this week

It's true! Some of the cast have been hinting on their social media pages that filming wraps up this week. Romain Levi, who portrays Stéphane Codron in the beloved spinoff series, shared a video of himself on his Instagram page on Nov. 18.
In the video, he's shown sitting on the steps of his trailer while tearing page after page from a notebook. There's writing on each piece of paper that leads to him saying that it's his last day of filming The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season 4. So, it looks like he's done.
However, this isn't surprising because he's not one of the main cast members. Actors such as Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride are still likely filming, but they should be done by the end of this week. There are even rumors going around that the cameras will officially stop rolling in Madrid for all cast and crew this Thursday, Nov. 20.
Eduardo Noriega, who portrays Antonio in the zombie series, posted a photo on his Instagram Stories on Nov. 18 from the set of the fourth season. But it’s the caption on the image that really stands out: “Week #20 Last week.”

Since Noriega is a main cast member, this caption carries even more weight. It practically confirms that filming for The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season 4 is wrapping up sometime this week. At this point, we're just waiting on that big announcement from AMC. However, keep in mind that there's a chance the network might not say anything. But given that this is the last season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, it's more likely that AMC will make an official announcement soon.
A premiere date for the fourth season has not been set yet, but a 2026 release has already been confirmed. Previous seasons of this spinoff series have premiered in September. That said, The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon season 4 could premiere on AMC in September 2026. That's if AMC wants to keep up with its established release pattern. However, there's also a possibility that we could see the final season even earlier. Don't worry! We'll get back to you with the official premiere date once it's announced!
