Get a Sneak Peek into the Dramatic Conclusion of Mel Owens’ Journey to Find Love – See the Teaser!
Will there be a happily ever after?
This week, the Golden women reunited and spilled the tea at “The Women Tell All.” And at the end of the episode, we got a sneak peek into the dramatic conclusion of Mel Owens’ journey to find love.
In the teaser, Peg and Cindy are seen arriving in a helicopter as Mel is overheard saying, “We’re out of Los Angeles, we’re out of America, we’re in Antigua! Where I’m trying to choose between two incredible women.”
We get a look into some of the romantic one-on-one dates, such as Cindy and Mel enjoying a boat ride and swimming with stingrays. Mel tells Cindy, “It’s been a profound experience,” and she shares, “And I’m not so sure I want it to end.”
Cindy then admits, “The Fantasy Suites still could hold the key to the greatest love of my life.” And Mel reveals, “Love to me is more of a feeling than it is just words.”
Peg is also feeling the love and confesses, “I’ve learned in my golden years what’s important to me. And yes, I would love to be engaged by the end of the week.”

She and Mel are then seen driving ATVs and looking out at the ocean as Peg warns the Golden Bachelor, “When I love, I go deep. And that means that the deeper that I love, the deeper I get hurt.”
Mel begins to worry and expresses, “At the end of this journey, you have to make a decision. And I think it’s really made with your heart…They’re both great women and both make me feel great. It’s like razor thin.”
The final two women grow concerned over Mel’s intentions, and Peg states, “At 62, I don’t have another five to seven years to waste on a bad relationship. I’ve learned to look for the fireplace. Fireworks, they burn out.”
Cindy also gets vulnerable, sharing, “I kind of want my guy to feel like he got struck by lightning and can’t live without me. I want ‘til death do us part,’ and I still believe it’s possible.”
The teaser ends with Mel standing alone at the proposal spot while holding a ring as he admits, “I came here for an engagement. That’s the unknown, and the unknown is a leap of faith.”
How will Mel’s journey to find love end? Tune in next Wednesday night at 8 p.m. on ABC to watch it unfold!
The 10 Biggest WTF Moments in 'The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon' Season 3, Ranked

The season was filled with plenty of shocking, heartwarming, and totally WTF moments that had fans curious about where the writing would go next and what crazy ideas they would concoct for the next season. A few moments in particular stand out.
10Carol and Antonio Have a Movie Date
It was a sweet moment in one of the best The Walking Dead spin-offs, but one that came completely out of left field. When Carol hears noises and thinks someone is being attacked,
Seeing the two sit together like they're on a date, and hearing Antonio open up about the truth about his wife's death, was a welcome break from the fighting scenes. It was not a scene anyone expected to see, and ended in a big WTF when Roberto (
9Roberto Runs Away To Go After Justina
Teenage love is the sweetest kind, but sometimes, it also leads to rash and downright dumb behavior. It was understandable that Roberto was heartbroken when he learned that Justina (
The fate that Daryl and Carol encountered, which was that he did indeed find Justina, but they were captured before they could get very far, is one that anyone with common sense could have seen coming a mile away. It can be chalked up to young love and a fearless attitude. But surely,
8Justina Supposedly Volunteers To Go With El Alcázar
After a heartfelt conversation with Carol when she tries to convince Justina not to feel guilty about Alba (
7The Captured Primitivo's Brutal Death
After the community is attacked by a feral group known as the Primitivo
s, who were like a mix between the Wolves and The Whisperers from the original series
This leads to one of the most brutal death scenes of the season when
6Julian's Hilarious Entrance
He adds much-needed comic relief. Through their conversations, there's a hilariously awkward dinner party vibe. But the entrance itself was a creative one that hadn't been seen yet on the show. It also proved just how resourceful the unlikeliest of people can be when faced with dire circumstances.
5Fede Trades Justina To Keep His Secret
After wondering why on Earth Justina would sacrifice herself despite how guilty she felt about Alba, fans learned the truth. She didn't. Instead, after Justina discovered that her uncle Fede (Óscar Jaenada) had been cheating the ceremony every year to ensure she never got picked, she threatened to expose him for it. Rather than own up to his mistake and face the consequences, Fede traded her instead to protect himself.
It was a totally WTF moment because Fede went out of his way to protect Justina for years only to turn on her at the drop of a hat when his life was on the line. He was willing to sacrifice others for her, but not himself. This moment made that crystal clear. In that moment, any shred of respect viewers may have been holding onto for Fede, any thought that he was a good leader of his community, was gone.
4The Appearance of Codron
The last fans saw of Codron (Romain Levi) in one of the essential episodes of Season 2, he was going through the Chunnel with Daryl and the others when, like everyone else, he started to hallucinate from the bat feces. He began attacking Daryl thinking he was the enemy. After fighting back, Codron and Daryl parted ways and had no idea what happened to him. Early in Season 3, Daryl and Carol mention him having run off, wondering what ever happened to him.
That's answered in the final episode of Season 3 when Codron is seen in Spain, having followed them there. He finds Laurent's (Louis Puech Scigliuzzi) Rubik's Cube that Daryl left at the statue of St. James, recognizing what it is and who it belonged to. Just then, Codron sees the fire in the distance, indicating that he's not far from where Daryl and Carol are with Julian's boat by the water.
3The Stage Performance at El Alcázar
In the season finale, Daryl and Carol make their way to El Alcázar, and they find everyone seated for the elaborate matching ceremony where the young women are matched with their new husbands. The ballroom is set up like a wedding with everyone in fancy dress eating an indulgent meal. On stage is a macabre setting: walkers are dressed in costumes putting on a show for everyone.
2The Limbos' Leper Colony
Once again, the show manages to display something we have never seen before when Daryl, one of the best The Walking Dead characters, comes across a leper colony known as the Limbos. The people are led by a woman who does not appear to be afflicted with the disease but has decided to help them, serving as their leader, despite the risks of catching the contagious disease. They are reluctant to believe Daryl wants to help them, but he does. He even makes a little girl enamored with him in the process.
Daryl first coming across these people and their distinct appearance was a shock. Some fans didn't pick up on what they were. But the idea of people with leprosy being ostracized from society, even in the wake of an apocalypse, was a powerful statement, as was Daryl's lack of fear in interacting with them, as well as his desire to help.
1The Boat Being Destroyed
The biggest WTF moment of the season comes when, after working painstakingly on repairing the boat and finally finishing it off and getting ready to sail away, the group is attacked. Fede escaped from captivity with the help of his mother, and he finds them and attacks to ensure they don't make it back home.
It was not just a questionable moment, it was also a totally frustrating one. This means the show will continue in Spain, at least for the first part of the final season. Somehow, Daryl and Carol will have to find another way to get home since the boat seems irreparably damaged. It made the entire boat repair story that was central to Season 3 completely meaningless.
